Paul E. Bueker was born in Charleston, South Carolina. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in 1995. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, College of Law in 1999. Paul has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1999.
After graduating from the Florida State University, College of Law, he worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 10th Judicial Circuit in Bartow, Polk County, Florida. He quickly was promoted from prosecuting misdemeanor crimes and when he left the State Attorney's Office in 2003, he was a Felony Division Chief, responsible for supervising two other prosecutors.
Paul then joined Marks Gray, P.A., in Jacksonville in 2003. He represented businesses and insurance companies pimarily in the defense of liability and personal injury claims. He was made partner in December 2007.
While with Marks Gray, P.A., Paul also was very active in representing contractors, developers, architects, engineers and owners in all types of building and construction defect claims.
In November 2010, Paul left Marks Gray, P.A., to work with The Law Offices of Fred Tromberg and represent individuals in their claims against businesses and insurance companies. Paul brings his extensive trial experience and knowledge of the insurance industry to assist with his clients' problems. Paul has tried approximately 35 cases to jury verdict as a prosecutor and in civil practice. His primary practice areas are all accidents including auto, trucking, motorcycle and boating accidents, premises accidents, commercial litigation and sexual assaults.
Paul has also served as an adjunct professor at the Florida Coastal School of Law.
Paul is married to Jami, a life-long resident of Jacksonville. Paul and Jami have two children.
